Title: Best games?

I just bought a PS2 today, well put it on layaway.  I don\'t really play games much anymore, but I just had to get one.  I will obviously buy at least a few games.  What are a couple of the best games out?
Playability, Fun, Easy to learn...

Madden or NHL 2001 for awesome sports, Onimusha or ZOE for an awesome game, Bouncer has the graphics but is to short

get madden, its the best football game, remember MADDEN, not that other one........

ive pretty much only played launch games (plus games like Dynasty Warriors) so, my fav. game so far is TimeSplitters

SSX is one of those timeless classics like excite bike or tony hawk, so get that at some point.  ZOE and Onimashu are like the blockbuster big budget quality games, I\'d get both if you get a chance. Hell there are so many, those are probably my top 3 right now. What kindof games do you usually like?
