These restore my faith in Xbox.

They don\'t look bad per-se, but not great either.

looking good. I especially like the claw thingy. :)

I cant decide if this or Baldurs Gate for PS2 looks better! I need em both!

I am not impressed at all.
This could be done on either the PS2 or DC.
Even if it is a little better, its no where near 3x\'s better.
But, Ill wait for at least one FINISHED game before making any permameant decisions about the XBox, so far all of the screen shots of there games have underwhelmed me after all the big talk they were doing.

The question was not "Does this look 3x more powerful than the PS2." He was asking if the shots look good, which they do. Does every post of an Xbox screenshot require someone to say "This is not 3x more powerful" :rolleyes:

Right as I saw the pics, I thought of Grandia 2 (Grandia 2 looks better IMO).  Honestly, the graphics look good but nothing DC or PS2 couldn\'t handel...

But it\'s most likely an early build and these will improve.  I still have yet too see a game out do Malice in the graphics department.

I suppose they looks okay.  The game certainly looks like it could be fun but the graphics are nothing amazing IMO.

No one asked that, but the system is supposed to be 3x\'s more powerful.
I dont consider those shots even 1.1 times better.

They arnt bad, but I would have to disagree with you about the textures Ddaryl.
I thought they looked TERRIBLE.
The textures is the only thing that is making this game look as bad as it does.
The lighting is superb, the shadows are wonderful and the spectral effects are good, but the textures are flat and boring.
When I saw the wall in the second pic I seriously thought that the developers hadnt even finished texturing the walls.
The ground looks good, but the characters lack any kind of depth.
But, as I said, Ill wait for a finished game.
I have no idea how far into production this game is, so it could improve before it releases.

This game is  looking good. I can\'t wait too see what more they show of this game. There are things that could be improved on but so far so good and it is not finished.

The textures are ok. They are somewhat blurry... to be honest, this game looks 100% PC-ish.

Looks good to me.  I\'m very interested in the X .

I don\'t know about Baldur\'s Gate 2 for PS2.  I already have it on PC and it\'s good, buuutttttt I\'m stuck at this really hard part and I think you\'re really at a disadvantage playing that game if you haven\'t played AD&D for years and I haven\'t.

pretty color and nice claws, but baldusr gate on ps2 looks waaaaaaay!!! better than this.

yup xbox is going to be one hell of a console! :)
