DOA3 looks awesome but I would much rather have Virtua Fighter 4. I don\'t really care too much for fighting games though. The only "PS2" game that hurt me was Munch\'s Oddysee.

Then again, what game REALLY stays exclusive outside of Nintendo? DOA was a Saturn exclusive. So was Wipeout for PSX.

It\'s nothing new. Happens all the time.

remeber that doa2 was also an exclusive to DC, because saega had teh roghts to the TITLE of the game. Tecmo got around this by callijg it DOA2:HC! and I\'m sure they\'ll do the same thing for ps2 ;)

What you guys forget is that Team Ninja is working on Ninja Gaiden for the PS2 so if DOA3 goes to Xbox and doesn;t make it to the PS2 will you be that heart broken

ddaryl,

"Team Ninja is working on Ninja Gaiden for the PS2"???

Is that a PS2 version of the old coin-op game from late 80s?  If so, GREAT!  I loved that game.  Of course a modern version would probably bear no resemblence...  Do you have a link to a story on this game?

One more thing:  I think you were the one who posted a message about 4-6 weeks ago mentioning that PS2 consoles would be available through the Sony website on the following day.  I saw your message by chance and bought one that day, so I have you to thank for this amazing addition to my living room.  I\'ve still never seen one in a store, but I haven\'t looked very hard.  Thanks!

CVG is not a source for unbiased news. And there have been conflicting reports on the exclusivity, wait awhile and see what the last word is.

I really think it is going to come to the PS2.  Team Ninja has experience in programming the PS2 because they made DOA2:HC.  I don\'t think they are going to let this knowledge of making fighting games on the PS2 go to waste.
