Title: Too much HYPE for game graphics.

I am getting SICK of seeing game before i want to see them...the "wow" factor is gone...sure GT3 will blow away my brother in law..but i don\'t have that "wow" reaction any more...(maybe i will, i have not seen this game since january)

it is hard not to look when every damn thread has pics of games..every site has pics by the article(not links, pics)

i suggest this forum disable the [img] command.....if people want to see the game click on the link..if people do not, don\'t click the link...

I have yet to see  FFX and will not until it\'s in my house playing on my PS2...

Games are getting too much coverage these days and it\'s spoiling them for us.

you have a point in a way, but thats what hype is all about man, with out that knowone would know what a game is about, if its worth getting, and you of all people talking about who care about graphics!?, stuff like that make a person want a game, anticipate a gfame, cant wait to get thier hands on a game, it make you feel good to finally have it knowing hat to expect, previews tell you little bout the story line and just bring you stunning pics to sooth your anticipation till its released, i hope im not confusing any one:)

So you would like to know step-by-step the story of MGS2,DMC and FFX before the games come out?

Where did i say that? i said I am getting tired of seeing a game\'s graphics and not having that wow factor later on when i get it because i have been exposed to it already it..

I am speaking for my self....i wanted to know if any of you feel the same....

No don\'t disable it...........I\'m too lazy to click on the link (seriously I am :( it\'s kinda sad actually)

ok, whatever.. if you want my opinin then no i dont want them to stop posting news on upcoming games, and in a way you insulting me cause i post news for this site!

ofcourse it would, I have cable so i dont really care, but for our poor 56kers it would be better.

well i have 56k at this point and time but i dotn care about posting pics, remember that one thread that was loaded with pics and everyone was like, have sympathy for the 56kers, well it didnt bother me at all

I used to be a 56ker once, I didn\'t really have any probs with pics. Pages and pics loading was fine, but it was downloading files which bugged me..5k a sec = yuck!

NO NO!!!

I do not want them to post news(ie: gameplay features/story) that will SPOIL the game....they can tell us it\'s coming and unveil features we all knew were coming..but don\'t reveal stuff we were supposed to only know when we have the game at home..

I again will let you know this was MY opinion...

Persoanlly I think you are just a whiner.  If you don\'t like it, then go somewhere else.  Most all of the threads with pics in them have subjects saying, "New pics of GT3" or whatever.  If you don\'t want to see them, then don\'t open the thread.  Or better yet, tell your browser to not Download images and it will just put a place marker for you.
