Title: Can you believe it\'s been 7 years...
Post by: markc111 on April 06, 2001, 11:45:24 AM
Wow, it\'s been 7 years this week since Kurt Cobain\'s sad departure. I\'m a huge Nirvana fan and I just can\'t believe it\'s been that long. Anyone else care to comment, feel free to.

I was not impressed with Nirvana, they ruined the music scene.

Never really been into Nirvana.

Nirvana was one of the few good bands in the 90\'s. Music sucks so bad now\'a\'days. But, rather sad really. Personally, I was a die-hard Nirvana fan.

Limp Bizkit ruined the music scene, not Nirvana.
:)

I didn\'t listen to Nirvana when Kurt was still alive - I found out Nirvana was a great band just few months ago, and now I\'ve borrowed their records from my friends and listen to them very much - I especially love nevermind - it is the best Nirvana album out there IMO.

I\'m of course sad about the event - it\'s always depressing to hear someone kill himself/herself, but sh1t happens. Blame the drugs - once again.

Tool totally kicks ass. I\'ve got all their cds, the DVD-video collection/ live cd, a couple shirts and of course Maynards (lead singers) other band/ side project A Perfect Circle material. They are awesome. They are suppose to have a cd out within the next 2 months.
Yay!

my best friend loved nirvana, i think they are an awesoem band, i mean awesome, i loved thier music, when he passed on my friend was in so much shock, but i know the truth, courtney love killed him and stole all his music and used it for her pleasure, all the songs she sings are nirvana rip offs...

but anyways i will mis norvana i still listen to them, heart shaped box

i am not sad about his death just really almost mad though - i mean they could have made some more great music

but if he didn\'t kill himself - the Foo Fighters would have never been around and dang it i like the foo fighters

Slipknot and Tool are cool too - i have to agree with that totally

Limp Bizkit was a cool band when the they released Three Dollar Bill - but after that they just sold out to the Pop Scence - so screw em
