i want to play this pretty badly...anyone recieve their demo yet? i haven\'t :(

I havent yet either, although i played the demo ot software etc about 2 weeks ago, so maybe they\'re on the way.........:(

yes, I was thinking the same thing Bob, when I played the demo at Software ETC, the framerate was indeed a little choppy when I got like 2 enemies on the screen, but I hope they do fix it, or at least tone it down. It looks like it will be an excellent title, lets hope it stays that way!!!!!!!

it looks a lot like a highly detailed Half Life, with a better atmosphere, and innovative gameplay...if done right this game could be the half life killer...could be, although its a tough ask

are you sure these shots arent in a high res

According to DR they said the latest build the Framerate is up

but thats DR I\'ll take it with a grain of salt

Volition have achieved some pretty cool things with their games, and innovative features with their games on PS2 so far, but they havent mastered the FrameRate.  That was Summoners biggest problem, if the camera was zoomed in, the framerate was smooth as silk, but if you wanted to actually see something, then it was chug city

Looks like I\'m going to go back on my word and buy another fps for a console :crap:

Then I\'ll probably trade in Quake 3 cause I don\'t need 2 fps\'ss\'s\'s\'s

this game looks exellent so far :), i just cant wait for the demo to be released, the screen are probably from the demo cause im sure all the big site and magazine got the demo first and took the screens from it :p, thi is going to be a must have game

I\'m waiting forward to this demo... oh wait, u.s. residents only! Ah well... I hope it\'ll come with the Official Playstation 2 Magazine demo-disk someday.

This game sure looks interesting and beautiful, and has captured my attention long time ago - making me wait for it in anticipation.

Darn, just have to wait \'til the first demo impressions are written here... :)

Waiting for that demo just like everyone else. :D Hope I have time to play it (also hope I have other games by that time other then SSX and Bouncer, but thats another story entirely).

The bodies on fire look awesome.
That pic with the missles is a pic from the first boss battle.
The reviewer said, once you had won the battle, you could look around and see the entire enviroment peppered with bullet and rocket blasts.
This game is going to be awesome.

you could get the demo of the offical website i believe, I dont know it off hand, im sure somebody does. and YES, i cant wait for this game either. Although im STILL trying to get everything in TimeSplitters, which is still the best multi-player game out for PS2.
