Title: Time Crisis 2 comfirmed for PS2!

Namco plans to release its popular light gun game, Time Crisis 2, for Sonys Playstaiton 2 game console.  The game will be debuted at EEE in LA in May. Will the gun be pack in with the game?

hopefully, i love that game in the arcade with teh gun. It will be alot harder and gayer with out it.

This sounds cool...they absolutely have to release it with a light gun, though.  Can\'t imagine trying to play this game without it.

I defiantly love this game.
How are they going to control getting on and off screen though.
Maybe make a footpad as well?
That would rock.

They\'ll probly have a little button on the side opf the gun (if there is one) that you hold or press to get on and off the screen. A foot pedal would be too expensive for them to make and us to buy.

For those who want to use a footpad, it\'s quite easy building some contraption using a controller in the second controller port - voila, just step on it. I\'m not sure, but it might work with some real pedals too... would be quite nice. I prefer the little button on the side of the pistol (I\'m still using the G-Con).

This is great news, finally. I loved the arcade original. I just hope they\'re taking their time to add some extras to the game (like they added the "Special" mode to the original TC, which was actually better than the real game). A two player link option is also quite much obligatry, the arcade version stressing teamplay.

So do we have to purcase a new gun or does the old G-Con45 still work with this game? The old controllers work with the new games so I can\'t see why not, but...

I\'ve heard some places that this will be a sequel to Time Crisis II, others tell me it will be Time Crisis II.  Does anyone know which one of these it will be really?

Well which ever one it is it will defintly make me happy and i am pretty sure they are making a new g - con for the PS2 so don\'t worry about that

Sweet..Loved the first one, and this one will be powered by the PS2 so its bound to kick ass.
