Things to try:
Close all your non essential background processes.
Lower sound quality (if it\'s an option, especially EAX).
Lower resolution/graphics detail within the game.
Do a larger install of the game, so it doesn\'t read of the CD too much.
If all else fails:
Upgrade to a PIII 800, 128 ram, Geforce 3 :eyemouth:

Well the company that manufactored the core chip on your VooDoo.2 card is no longer in buisness :( so finding good driver updates could be hard.
But maybe you could get yourself a Ge-Force DDR card, they are pretty cheap and it\'ll boost your performance up :)

3dfx caved but you can still get drivers online. As a matter of fact you can still buy the cards at some places.
