Here in Sweden the headlines in todays news is that Sony & Ericsson are going to start a new company.
Sony and Ericsson!! Ericsson is a dominating force in telecom-solutions and applications for internet and mobilephones.
This is nice news, I wounder what they will do togheter?

Maybe they are combining their mobile phone divisions.
But if I remember correctly Ericsson lost some money on their mobile phones and sold that division to some Taiwanese company which now designs and manufactures them under the Ericsson name.

Or maybe Sony wants some good knowledge about telecom and stuff for future use..................

They join to manufacture new Mobile Phones... Nothing else...

It has nothing to do with gameing or stuff !

I might be wrong, but didn’t Ericsson have a plan for a new portable console. (maybe it was a Cell Phone with some games, i dunno)

Cuz Sony is the biggest console manufacture they can help Ericsson..

A big maybe, but its possible :)
