Am i the only one here that prefers unreal to quake 3 on the ps2?? I took back q3 today as i dont like it, i was tempted to get ggb or summoner, but i got this (i havent played the pc version of q3 or unreal, i know its not as good as the p.c one). its is so much better than q3, it may be slower, but i find it much satisfying, player animations are much better and prefer the look of unreals characters, i found with quake 3 you could kick a$$ with just the normal gun alone, also another bad point i thought on q3, every time you walked over a weopon you had to use it or change back to old weopon,so you are chasing someone down a corridor about to kill him when you pick up a rocket launcher and kill yourself by accident. I found the weopons in unreal much better, a better variety, all with the good and bad points, i especially love the sniper rifle, but q3 had hardly any weopons and there all just as destructive as each other. i found the level design better on unreal, bigger (but not too big) and they are all different, i dont like the look of q3\'s levels, they all look samey, dank, stone walls. ive heard unreal suffers from bad slow down, but ive hardly seen any, and when i have it lasts for a split second, i hardly notice itThere are more reasons why i prefer unreal but i cant be bothered to write them down, i must go frag some more people :D

I have never played unreal,but i did have the dc version of quake,and in the options you were able to turn,the gun thing off,so that you picked the gun up,but it didnt change the gun you had in your hand.

I like Quake III Arena a lot more than Unreal Tournament. You\'re not alone so don\'t stress about it. I played Unreal Tournament and didn\'t like it all that much. My friends think that I\'m on crack, but that\'s just the way I feel.

Well I liked the PC Unreal Tournament better than Q3. :)

Unreal Tournament on the pc is better than Q3 but Q3 im guessing has to be better than Unreal on the ps2 cause unreal tournament plays like crap and looks like crap,not even close to as what it looks like on comp

i prefer timesplitters to both of them, but UT is better than Q3 IMO (on PC i mean, tehy arent out in Aust. on PS2, not to my knowledge)

But there\'s something familiar about all this.
Anyone that owns a PC will probably know about the great \'which is better, UT or Q3?\'. Everyone had there own opinion, split about 50:50. I prefered UT, but havnt played either on the PS2. Forget about em both and get TS.
