And when you show them MGS2 all they complane about is the jaggies..
The same thing goes for GT3.
Then they say its not realtime, cuz you can play in the replay camera angles!

Pfffffff!

EDIT: They get hurt when a 300USD console beats a 2000USD PC! Bah hahahaah!

They talk about how their pc is better but that will cost them big bucks to get all the junk a pc requires so it can play good games

I just got finished putting together a gaming PC and spent less than $500. Oh, and you don\'t have to buy a new video card every few months to play all the games, in fact I just upgraded my video card after haveing it for nearly two years and it could still play any game I threw at it.

btw-compare Q3 PC to Q3 PS2 or DC, the PC version looks WAY better. compare ANY PC game that is also on a console and the PC version looks better.

True say, True say, and to think Q3 ot URT(unreal) is over 1 year old and it still look better than the psx2 versions.

Post by: pstwo on April 22, 2001, 06:07:45 PM: You know why PC games look better, I think it\'s the monitor that make the difference. If you put a monitor to the PS2, then you can see the differences from tv to monitor. PS2 with DVD for $300, you can\'t go wrong!:D

Post by: inteq on April 22, 2001, 07:23:14 PM: I never said the PS2 wasn\'t a good deal, it is, it\'s just that there ARE limitations to the system. Just look at Q3 and UT, levels on both games had to be trimmed down so it could run on the PS2. Planetside is going to have HUGE levels with a bunch of people on screen at one time, I really don\'t think it could be done very good on the PS2.

Also, it isn\'t only the monitor, the PS2 can also be hooked up to a monitor, but the fact that you can up the resolution so high on a PC that really helps make the games look better.
