Microsoft a couple months back:"we will have 3x the space sony will have at E3"....
I guess it will be a all out war between Sony and Nintendo while microsoft suffers the cruel fate called...fallout:D
So what do you think of this?
-
So what do you think of this?
LOL, what everyone else thinks, YOUR A DEMENTED little TROLL whom lives in a delusional fantasy world of video games. NX-player please do yourself a favor and get a life, I mean come on man, out there in California it\'s beautiful go outside and "play" Frisbee with your buddies, Opps you probably don\'t have any friends. Well get involved into something; play sports(if you can) do something constructive with your life.
Oh yeah please don\'t bother to respond to this post General-NP, cause I will not bother to respond, you have already taken up my time.
PS. It\'s just I feel sympathy for this KID, he seeks attention, and will do anything for it, including making an ass of himself on a daily basis.
-
Avoiding any possible taint of what I think of your past posts, I will say that according to that pic, sony and nintendo do have huge areas facing each other, and microsoft seems to be relegated to a smaller, less important section. What that means for E3, and the coming war, remains to be seen, and I won\'t speculate.

Ugly:
You and the rest of your zealots are nothing more than.."toys" i like to play...when i push a button the "toy" moves and of course "i" enjoy watching it do it\'s "entertainment" for me day in and day out...ha ha...then when i get bored with this "toy" i throw in it\'s corner and not bother it again until i want more "entertainment"...
So my dear ugly...everytime you respond to my post every time any one of you xbox zealots responds...you are doing exactly what I want you to do..ha ha ha:D
Fatal:
the problem will be that...the xbox will get little to no coverage..that is..when compared to the coverage the HUGE sony and nintendo booths will receive:D
-
Well, it shouldn\'t be ignored that Nintendo\'s booth will be divided between GBA, GBC, NGC, and N64. Most of the emphasis will, of course, be placed upon NGC and GBA, but I just felt I\'d point that out. Nintendo will have many different things to show at E3 in contrast Microsoft. Hence, it only makes sense for them to have a larger booth.
Sony\'s booth will be divided up between PSOne and PS2. At the same time, though, it should be assumed that much more emphasis will be placed on PS2 than PSOne, so the same doesn\'t apply to Sony that does to Nintendo.
Microsoft\'s booth will be divided between Xbox and some of their PC games, but I\'d assume that Xbox would get almost all of the emphasis in that instance.
Basically, Nintendo has a bigger booth than Sony and Microsoft, but they also have a lot more to show. Sony will have the most space devoted to their next gen console, I\'d assume, even though they have less space overall.
What will it mean for coverage? Well, as I previously pointed out, Nintendo will have their booth divided between mainly Game Boy Advance and Gamecube. Considering some of the past comments from their president (click here (http://members.theglobe.com/emfour/DEVILYAM2.GIF) to see his most recent picture), it\'s possible that even more focus will be placed on Game Boy Advance than on Gamecube. I won\'t judge yet, though, simply because I am not a psychic. :) Still, though, it can be assumed that GBA will get a massive amount of Nintendo\'s booth, leaving less space for Gamecube coverage.
Sony will, as I already said, most likely have more space devoted to their console than anyone else. Just judging from those floor maps. At the same time, wouldn\'t it make more sense for them to have more floor space? After all, their console has already launched, unlike it\'s opposition. Sony will have a lot of upcoming titles that look amazing at E3; Gran Turismo 3 and Twisted Metal Black, for instance, will come out immediately therafter.
Many great looking Playstation 2 games will be released during the months between E3 and Xbox/Gamecube\'s launches, so Sony will have a lot more to show for this upcoming time period. It would only make sense for Nintendo and Microsoft not to show as much, their consoles won\'t be out for several months.
I do expect Nintendo and Microsoft to show great things at E3--but they probably won\'t have anywhere near as many playable games to show off as Sony, simply because their consoles won\'t be out for a long time.
Also, I do want to ask.. are the two sides of that picture actually to scale? From the little map in each corner (that shows the three dimensional picture of each part of the convention center), it looks like the South Hall (red) is larger than the West Hall (purple). Whereas, the map that shows where every developer and console maker will be depicts the West and South Halls as the same size. Still, though, Microsoft would have a much smaller booth than Sony and Nintendo.
Does Microsoft\'s lower amount of space surprise me? Quite a bit. But looking at the situation rationally, it doesn\'t seem like such a big deal, nor does it seem like it would have too much of a negative effect on Microsoft.
Now.. Microsoft\'s location at E3 may be a bad thing. They aren\'t located near the other two big console makers.. so it may pull people away from their booth.
We can only wait and see, though, to be honest. To quote hundreds of people who have spoken on videogame message boards:
Just wait until E3.

Ogodly, where are your facts to disprove what N-Player is saying? Yeah, he may be a fanboy, but he does bring up a decent point (I think he has, because I haven\'t looked completely into his link).

What facts, did you even read my post, cause if you did it had nothing to do with this thread. I felt it necessary to let little attention seeker, N-player know what I thought of him. In other words shed some light on the little brat, he, he. As for this issues about space size at E3, well I have already discussed this over at MSXBOX.
Here go readhttp://forums.msxbox.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=12281,
I think you will find it insightful

hmm, thought N-P wasn\'t interested in consoles anymore.

Good one Nplaywithyourself, but not good enough. Everyone knows that the E3 maps aren\'t to scale with each other. Microsoft is in the South Hall while Nintendo and Sony are in the West Hall. Now compare the size of the South Hall with that of the West Hall. Hehe...it\'s much bigger. Add to that MS\'s meeting room space and you got one hell of a show for the boys from Redmond.
http://www.e3expo.com/exhibitors/images/west_south_halls.jpg
Hmm...I wonder how so many companies can fit in the South Hall and not that many in the West Hall...I think maybe because the South Hall is BIGGER!!!! The West Hall is dwarfed by the massive South Hall. As you can tell, the IDSA didn\'t bother to print the diagram to scale. So, try again GeneralNoP*ssy. Don\'t forget that Sony is pushing two systems...the PSX and PS2 and Nintendo will be pushing three systems (GBA, N64, GCN). On the other hand, Microsoft will be pushing the Xbox and only the Xbox, the PC games will be shown at a small booth on the second floor. And finally, as you well know, Xplayer, it isn\'t the size of what you got, it\'s how you use it (however, this may not apply to you since you never get to use yours). The E3 diagrams even make the Kentia Hall seem bigger than both the South and West Halls, so you\'re going by misleading diagrams. You live in the L. A. area, so you should know, right?
So how about comparing the PS2 and GCN sections to Area Xbox? Oh, sorry, how about comparing the GCN section to Area Xbox? Thank you.
Just for your viewing pleasure, Nplayer, I\'ve included an image that represents just how large the Xbox booth is compared to the PS2 and GC ones.

Hehe...you can fit two and a half West Halls in the South Hall. You lose once again, Nplayer!
-
DirectXbox.. I suggest that you don\'t post such immense images directly in your post. I have to scroll over every time I read a line of your post, which gets a bit obnoxious. It\'d probably be easier on people here if you just linked to it there, or if you just didn\'t post it at all, seeing as how NPLAYER posted it in his topic.

Well I think Ms location is just fine they chose not to be next to sony or nintendo but to be right where all the thirds parties will be at showing off there games. So once again nice move bye ms.

The South Hall is larger but the West Hall is the most coveted real estate. It is near the main entrance which is better for the companies in the West Hall. THere have also been rumors of MS trying to get some of Sega\'s space in the West Hall; but it is just a rumor.
I guess I will have to reiterate what M4 said lets just wait until E3. There is no way of knowing what good the space will be used for. MS\'s space could be larger but what if they have a big ass boxing ring with booth babes?

Size does not indicate anything, see the number of boothes.

This thread is quite stupid. First off, please cut down on the personal attacks everyone.
Secondly, Nplayer, do you really believe MS won\'t get much attention at E3? If so, then you\'d better wake up from your beautiful PC sleep.
That leads me to another point. Now you have finally seen the light of PC gaming (nothing wrong with that, I personally enjoy PC gaming a lot), but why do you feel such strong hatred towards Xbox? It is afterall the console that \'seems\' the most like a PC - with PC CPU, GPU, HD, RAM etc (note this isn\'t a bash on Xbox, not even remotely). So why hate it with such a passion? I just don\'t get it - unless it\'s the attention thing M4 talked about.

LOL!!!
the same people always come to my threads.....always use their same tactics..always try and "put me down"
please get a life...this thread was just to prove to a certain person(hey) how pathetic and ridiculous the "hatred" for me is....
thanks again for helping me:D
PS: Nintendo has the best GAMING booth of them all...the MICROSOFT booth is not just xbox...it\'s also..windows and their countless crap(ultimateTV for example)....Nintendo is all about games....which is why they will win E3:D
i could careless who has how much space who has..the point is, best game of the show will go to Nintendo and best booth will go to Nintendo:D
Samwise:
why should i like xbox?...care to show me some must-have killer-aaa games that make nintendo\'s look like crap?...what does it have that no one eles have?
also, i enjoy PC gaming very much..much more than console gaming...tribes2 is just awesome:D

...what does it have that no one eles have?[/B]
A harddrive, 64 mb RAM, nVidea GPU, progressive DVD option, Ethernet adaptor

I said NINTENDO games...;)
I have all that with my PC..except the dvd player which will be coming soon...and i hear the PS2 will have progressive scan when the next drivers come out for it.
xbox has NOTHING different and yet they try and mislead gamers into thinking it does.
If i want a PC i\'ll...*gasp* get a PC which i do have sam:)
-
Nplayer... I doubt that Windows is set to make a big showing at the Entertainment Expo and Ultimate TV has its own booth. Just look around for it.

Which person that hates you would you be refering to? Seeing how many people think you\'re a worthless piece of garbage, I\'d suggest specifying.
If you are refering to me, I must ask: Did I even put you down, anywhere? Bejebanus.
It still amazes me how arrogant you are. You ignored several replies here that bring up very valid points.
As you said you do in another thread, you were probably just trying to inspire an uproar. Perhaps the moderators should try to put you in your place--you are definetely only here to start trouble.

*sigh*...this was too easy;)

"[It\'s gonna be Sony vs Nintendo...]"
That also depends how much space is taken up with actual content as opposed to giant Pokemon creatures.
You might also notice that the Microsoft booth is surrounded by almost all of the third parties, so whatever X-Box stuff those guys show will be like an extension of Microsoft\'s booth. Sony and Nintendo are pretty isolated, so these third party games could take a back seat.
Of course, floor space only matters for show goers, anyway. It all becomes words and pictures for the rest of us which will give us a true sense of who had the best showing...
