I see that in the system setup of the PS2 there is a diagnosis setting, what exactly does it do?

Turn this feature on to avoid skipping and other DVD related glitches. It\'s not %100, but it will work with certainn DVD\'s that may otherwise skip at times.

That\'s right but I don\'t know one DVD which needs this option.

That means there is no DVD (that he knows of) that needs the option turned on, so its no use asking which one it is :)

Is that just for DVD\'s? or does turning it on before you play a game make sure it donest freeze?

You know ppl... It may sound weird but my MGS2 demo
plays better when this option is set to on.

I think it makes games run better and smoother.......I\'m just going to put it on everytime I play ( although I wish it I could set it like that.........:( )
