Sweet mother mary of god,,,i have seen the 2nd coming of games...the game is due out tommorow in japan,,but yours truly pulled a dope deal and got mine today,,,i\'m so happy i almost cried..hehehehe....the owner of the store hooked me up with the game he had herd of them in stock and gave me one before the store closed...i must of watched the intro for about a hour while reading the manual....i wish the driving stick came out too so i can have it all...the rally mode is truly awsome me and my girlfriiend was trying to unlock everything..we still got alot of cars to go. she is there to help me translate the hiragana nd katakana...ok just wanted to share this great news with you,,if you need some questions answered just ask me here in this thread ok,,,i\'ll hook up some pics like i did with the BOUNCER game,,,don\'t worry usa yours will come out in june and i bet you will get a better if not , more cars and options,,,you can tweak alot in 2 months,,,janai!!!!

you are one lucky ba$*ard, i wish i had this game, im gonna have to wait ages for it to come out, I mean onimusha isnt even out in the uk yet. So what is the computers AI like, is it more human, where they make mistakes, drive aggresively, smashing into cars as they go round corners etc????

BOUNCER - What is the extent of JAPANESE in the game? I have heard the majority is in ENGLISH.
Is it still very playable/understandable/enjoyable with the JAPANESE???

I never thought this thread would get so many hits...lol...yeah i\', working on the review now...plus the pictures and stuff ..this is a big game so it will be a few before i can do the real review,,but dont worry the bouncer will deliver the goods...but i\'ll tell you this the AI of the game is damn near perfect,,,cars will pull in front of you ,,hit you and try to knock you off course...i love the rain part,,i can do some killer powerslides...but my next post will be the review with the pics,,,i;m at work now so i cant get to my digital camera,,,sayanara

You MUST mention how much ENGLISH content is in the Import - this is my MAJOR concern.

there is about 45% english in the game..most of the language is hiragana,,because when you go for your licenses,,,its all in japanese,,,,options are in english and japnese. but anyone can import and understand it.

The only odd thing about GT3, is theirs no driver in the car. You can clearly see in side, but no driver. I can\'t wait to try this new bens out and race in that class too! Bouncer, you\'re lucky to be in Japan. I\'m pure Japanese and I\'ve not been to Japan yet. I\'ll never even went pass these Islands. I\'ll see my home town soon. :D

BOUNCER - What about the car upgrades etc, can you modify your car easily, without knowing any JAP?
That is probably my BIGGEST concern - not understanding the little details!

Hey, give BOUNCER some time. Trust him. He delivered us The Bouncer first, and he\'ll deliver GT3. Patience is the key to victory.
I\'ll happily wait for little longer to get good pics / long review than shoddy pics and rushed short review.

the rain race wil contain 6 cars like all other races, I can tell you that because I just downloaded the mpegs ##RaCeR## posted and in them you could see six cars at one time in the rain, so there

Well from the reviews it has gotten and judging by the impresions of sites such as ign and gamespot., there should be nothning wrong with the graphics. If the graphics don\'t impress you then I don\'t know what will

Boncer here is a simple question, is GT3 on General Release in Japan ?
i say that because i asked a store clerk in the UK when it was due out over here and i said that one of my Friends has a copy in Japan.
he took one look at me and said......
"sorry mate i think your mistaken it MUST BE THE DEMO"
But then again this was Electrnics Butiecue and the Clerks there know very little when it comes to the latest games :D.
i remember the confusion i caused when i asked to pre order Zone Of Enders a few weeks before it\'s UK release and no one heard about it.

ooseven,i did that about Zone of Enders as well,the guy at EB looked at me like i was talking japanese,they all thought it was a PC game,i started laughing.
p.s To everybody the picture under my name is the wrong picture i wanted it with out the borders,but it went wrong when i up loaded it,the new picture will be beetter,and will NOT have the white borders.

and yeah us Brits have a lot to put up with our games stores the damn Clerks never know anything about any game, this will make the whole process of planning to get a game far more difficult :(.

ooseven,i am going to buy an american ps2,and buy games off of the web,because i hate the stores in the uk,there is one person in the eb store that i go to that knows his stuff,so i pre-ordered it with him,but when i told him about the other store in my area(i have to stores in one town,dont ask why)that said it was a pc game,he started laughing his head off,he couldnt believe it.
Also the picture isnt going to be animated yet,but i like that flame idea,but i have got to play around with flash some more,before i do that,my picture hasnt been changed yet to the right one.

I have a QUESTION for you THE BOUNCER!
I read somewhere that the cars would have horns in the game.. So you can "honk" at the other cars.
Is this ture??

Ok here it is, I’m not gonna drown this thread with a bunch of pics because I think we seen them all so I just posted a few at the bottom. When you go buy gt3 you get this 150 page book full of all the cars in the game, so you know you got your work cutout to get all the cars. When you load the game the introduction starts and you see the power of the ps2. There are about 4-5 introductions if you let the game just play, it will switch from rally to street to the rain stage in which yes you can race more than 2 cars. I believe its about 6, once you start the game you will see a menu in which there is a arcade mode a gt3 mode and a option and load type screen. If you pick arcade you will see single race, free run, 2 player, time trial and a screen called GOODIES, now you have to win the arcade mode to unlock all the goodies..for ex. If you win a race on a easy level and go to goodies screen, you will see a slot filled in. now try to unlock the normal and difficult on the same track..and so on,,,its a lot cause there are about ..hmmm..10-15 track to race on in the arcade mode and you need to fill up all the slots…I’m almost done..hehe…time trial mode is self explanatory. 2 player mode is cool..the screen splits horizontal and the game rocks..i love the rally mode…there are so many options in the game from replay, record, hell you can even edit your replays by changing the angles of the camera..another cool thing is when you are watching a race press up and you will switch between cars..press left and you will view them from different angles. The opening song of gt3 is by lenny kravitz,,,”if you wanna go my way” and the soundtrack is by some other songs off of grand theft auto. The music rocks all the way. The vibration control on the rally is so damn cool…I need the driving wheel now!!!..that’s it for the arcade mode. When you choose gt3 mode you get the familiar garage type screen where you can purchase cars and modify them if you own them. There are so many cars…woo hoo. When you try out for your license this aint easy if you not familiar with gt3, there are about 7 types of license you must earn in order to race certain tracks. There is a menu called GO RACE in where you can watch the whole race or participate in it, there are so many types of races for each class..all I can say is you will be racing for a long time…there is no car wash machine in the game. There is a tune up shop where you do just about anything to the car. The A.I. in the game is downright spooky…them bastards will corner you in and bump you and try to knock you off course,,especially if you are playing in the grand tourismo championship,,the last race!!!!..me and my girl has been disecting this game from top to bottom. From the way the sun shines on your car to the glare off of your mirrors, so far we found no problems but 1..we cant stop playing…hahahaha…ladies and gents I’m telling you there is no way I can cover this whole game with all the options it has,,,,its like the final fantasy of racing games. Another thing about the rally mode is that you can just sit there and do donuts all day,,then watch the replay and sit back and enjoy. This game is not easy by no means you really have to practice,,I thought I was just gonna pick up the controller and win me some races NOT!!!,,I had to practice breaking and cornering…but you learn all that while getting your license. There is another mode called {I LINK BATTLE) I have no idea what this does,,I believe its for 2 ps2 head on battle or internet racing..damn I hope so that’s cool. Damn I’m so happy I got this game..if you did not have yours reserved in japan then you are out of luck. So reserve your now for the USA and the other regions. Oh yeah all of your favorite cars are in the game,,some I never even heard of before. I did not see a pontiac dealer in the game..that sucks cause I own a firehawk, but the USA may get it. Well my fingers hurt..hehehe…but I just wanted to share some news of the greatest ps2 game so far. Any other question just ask me ok.. sorry these pics look bad but my camera it acting up, besides we seen enough pics..i\'m sure you all wanted the inside of the game.

the demo is awsome but the game takes it to the next levels and beyond...like i said there are soo many cars and tracks,,it will take you a long time to get it all with all the options and things you can do to truly finish the game..like owning every car.

wooooowwwwww, this game sounds cool. i cant wait for this game, this review makes me want to play it more, damn, i wish i never read the review :laughing: its driving me insane waiting for it :nut: im not gonna hold my breath for it though as i live in the uk, and it will take ages for it to come out :hold: i thought id brighten up people days with these smiley faces
