Yes, I truely can\'t wait! It\'s gonna be spetacular, nothing less. Many people even think it\'ll beat SW2 hands down... It\'ll be something to behold no-matter what happens, that\'s for sure!

Yes, I completely agree Samwise! Just looks like we\'re the only ones waiting forward to the movies here... :)

sentences like "Star Wars looks pale compared to the epicness of LotR" have been heard, and every review of the Cannes footage I found was VERY positive. Everyone was praising it, and everyone said LotR will be something HUGE...

This, of course, got my expectations trough the roof, and my excitement raised to dangerous levels. New pictures are just loading my heart with stress - the stress of 6 month\'s wait.

At least we\'ll have Final Fantasy to wait for in summer, so I can forget LotR for a while ( or then I can\'t - as the rumours of new trailer released in summer are flying around the internet )...

I CANNOT wait for these movies. Just think of owning those on DVD and watching them at home- yea baby!!!After all, they\'re based on my absolute favorite fantasy novels, written by the King/the man of fantasy, Mr. J.R.R. Tolkien.

I live in New Zealand where they are filming it. I drove past one of the sets.
It was this huge castle, probably Minus Tirth if I remember rightly. It looked awesome. Thats without all the special effects.

My mate is actually in it. Not a main part but he plays a lot of the extras. He said the action scenes are awesome. You see him next to Leagolas in the Counicl of Elrond. Dosent actually say anything though.

I cant wait for this movie.

New movies, Adan? What do you exactly mean by that? :)

Yes, New Line is releasing three LotR movies, wich are new - if you meant that ;)

That should be TRULY interesting, Vulcan Raven! I\'ll try to spot your pal from the pics taken from the Council scene - but I\'ll surely catch your friend when watching the movie :) I would love to live in New Zealand right now...
