Agetec announced today the relese of the special edition of Armored COre 2 for the Playstation 2. Set for release towards the end of June, the title will be graphically enhanced, as well as enriched with neat little features such as more missions, and even a new multiplayer mode designed for play over the Playstation 2\'s modem.

Well unless they are reprogramming the thing for the US the Modem VS mode is single player.  Ther are 92 single player missions and 8 two player VS Missions.  Arenas are a part of the normal game this time around sort of like Project Phantasma.  Some new parts, AC\'s are harder to kill.  Of course the Human Plus Enhancements (HPE) will make the game easier to play but the game can be completed without them.  And you can\'t get HPE\'s from AA, they have to be imported from an AC2 save.
