Title: Triple Play vs. All Star 2002
Post by: VikingNews on May 22, 2001, 06:42:12 AM
I bought Triple Play Baseball last friday, but over the weekend i was reading some reviews on All Star Baseball 2002, and most of them are saying, overall, its better than Triple Play.

Anyone have one of these games or both, and should i sell Triple Play and go buy All Star 2002?

Im hoping i have the better game.  Any help would be great!

I bought All Star Baseball 2002 the other day, it has some faults but overall its a pretty good game, the only reason I probably would never buy Triple Play is because theres too many homeruns, I like a more "real" baseball game.

I went and rented All Star 2002 today, and i liked some of the things, but i think i like Triple Play better.

I think the sounds on All Star are much more realistic, but i didnt think the graphics were that great, i personally like Triple Play, except for the fact that there are too many homeruns!

I rented ASB2002 yesterday, and I think it\'s not as good as I thought it would be. The fielding and base running are a little annoying, but you get used to the base running. I don\'t like the fielding that much, something about it just bothers me. And speaking of too many HR\'s, I just played a game on veteran as the Astros vs the Red Sox, Nomar hit 4 HR\'s off of me in 4 at bats. (The last 2 AB\'s I had to resort to throwing at his head)
