Title: J Allard comments on GameCube launching 3 day ahead!!

FXB: How do you feel the Gamecube coming out 3 days before the xbox will affect it\'s launch.

J: Are you kidding? it kicks ass. It will be the most exciting week for our industry, ever. The stores are going to be nuts and the press is going to be all over it, gamers are going to have a great holiday season. My only worry is the effect it will have on school grades that quarter!

LOL! I agree, 2 nearly simultanious launches will get more press than PS2 did (that\'s a lot), and hopfully turn more people on to getting one or both, helping to ensure both systems sell out launch week, regardless of the supply.

Oh crap!! I forgot about school!! I was planning on hooking them both up to two different TVs and playing simultaneously for 72 hours straight. Just to break em in, ya know? ;)
