also, the girl in wedding dress seems to be Yuna marrying somebody. you could read the story at that site.

Wow, three bit pre-rendered screens and smaller burry realtime pic. Geeze I\'m impressed. Why is it that whenever some person or some gamesite jabbers on about how amazing FFX is, they always have FMV pics outnumber the Realtimes ones by at least 3 to 1?
The realtime one does look great though considering the image quality. I\'m just frustrated with Square\'s apperant PS2 programming skills that are almost never being shown off.

Nice. if final fantasy X is an exploration game I would guesse Tidus and Yuna are going to run away form this .
-
for your concerned Sonyfan, here are some more realtime pics from that site...
this pic is kinda blurry and small too, though...
(https://psx5central.com/community/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thegia.com%2Fpsx2%2Fff10%2Fmedia17%2Fffx-05.jpg&hash=20da1f4683303987e728351334dc402dd8bb2e6c)
this pic could be mistaken as cg but actually realtime...at first i thought it was cg until i look closer and see its realtime look at the hair and this guy shoulder. It have straight lines for the edge instead curve...fmv like ffx have curver edges and more polygons count and special effects.so far i haven\'t seen a game that actually use bezier...not just yet..

Hey thanks for posting the xtra pics. I was just ranting a frustration, didn\'t mean to offend anyone of the Square tilt. They look great, not that I\'ve finally gotten a chance to see some of them.
BTW: The angling on that third to last pic is horrible for showcasing in-game graphics, but it makes a nice Tit shot of Yuna! :D
-
good god look at the CG pics. Look slike Yuna is going to get wed or somthing to that nature. omg looking at her in that wedding dress makes me just fall head over heels in love with her...too bad shes not real :(

i believe there isn\'t any new movies about this, these pics probably were scanned off some japanese magazines...
-
well if you ask me i like the way Sin looks better than whats his name from FFIX - oh yea Kuja - damn he was so damn gay looking
-
If you compare the CGI cutscene pics and the real-time pics - there is not much of a difference! That is what amazed me in the first place.
I will wait for this game with great interest.
Force is strong in this one.

Heehee, male Morrigan wannabe, funny stuff :p Why do the badguys (at least I suppose that\'s the badguy) nowadays have questionable appearances when considering their gender? (at least Adel and Kuja) Are they more attractive to both men and women then? Weird.
-
yea thats what i am talking about and there names can swing both ways as well
thats what makes it so dang confusing it took me forever to figure out Adel
EDIT: you know what i looked at the pics better and thats not Yuna gettting married for one she is in the first pic and all on the left - its her arm there - hmm who is this mysterious chick getting married

No, that\'s Yuna getting married. The person\'s arm that you\'re referring to is Yuna\'s, but it\'s not from in-game, it\'s from the magazine.
-
oh ok i see it now that is a mag layout
gotcha - i can see that is the pic of yuna layered over some of the pics
ok then that makes a lot more sense - i was starting to wonder - thanks

I notice some difference between ffx fmv and in game...welll, not that big but still...seriously, the fmv have better lightning effects, better graphic, better texture, what do you expect from rendering...and better shadow and physics...the real time have for one crappy shadow! (Cough, cough...it remind me of ff8 black spot shadow! Cough). Although the streaming texture are mindblowing, the fmv still have better texture...thanks to the lighting effect.
and for some part of the game, the background graphic looks like psx graphic...blocky and pixelated and blurry background while other background looks nearly like CG...why is this is still a mystery....maybe ps2 limitation. Programmer try to tweak a little bit here and there but there is still some noticeable psx-look-alike graphic...i am not being picky, ffx comparing to metal gear solid 2, ffx still needs some help. ffx have high polygon counts, but in terms of physic, artificial intelligent, motion captured, even mgs2 implemented cool shadow for snake...i still think mgs2 done better job on that than ffx...i am not bashing it, it look awesome, but mgs2 is better.
when i first saw ffx on Square Millenium Show last year, I was very excited. Tidus have crazy shadow that manipulate his every moves and even his shirt and pant, and hair react to physic, as Tidus run, his hair flew and his shirt and pant wrinkled a little and flew too. (psst, at that time, Tidus hair was black...now it was blonde) now, everything was limited...no real shadow, his spike hair doesn\'t react to physic, his outfit is stiff as a stick....but overall, ffx is have me hype...

actually, he is not Sin at all.

the information on Final Fantasy X\'s world and characters has been revealed in the pages of V-Jump. previously revealed "Seymour" character is not necessarily a villain as many assumed; while he may appear extremely similar to Final Fantasy IX villain Kuja, his motives are still hazy.
Twenty eight years old, Seymour Guado is the current head of the demi-human Guado tribe. (While Seymour\'s name has been confirmed, "Guado" is an unofficial translation.) Seymour, however, is only half-Guado: His father was Ziscal, the previous Guado chief, but his mother was a human. Caught in between two races, he purports to fight against inequality and is consequently a popular public figure.
Seymour is not just the head of the Guado tribe, but a leader in the Ebon religion as well. The predominant religion of Final Fantasy X\'s world, Ebon teaches that technology must never be used unless absolutely necessary, which is sure to make it a popular faith with many RPG fans. Ebon temples are scattered throughout Spira; under the leadership of Sage Seymour, they provide support to the Summoners.
In his tales, Seymour speaks of two important historical figures, whose names have been unofficially translated as Yunalesca and Zeion. V-Jump speculates that this pair once saved Spira from some great evil, possibly Sin. The parallels between the name "Yunalesca" and the modern "Yuna" are fairly obvious. Indeed, Seymour says that he will support Yuna as Zeion once supported Yunalesca. And how does he plan to do this? By marrying Yuna, of course! The V-Jump story features 11 screens and 2 renders of the blushing bride and the freakishly-coifed groom. We at the GIA wish them all the happiness in the world.
