since i had to send my PS2 in for repairs my friend said "hey you can borrow my dream cast if you want" wen it hit me, whydont i just buy it :). this a perfect opportunity to try something new and experience nother console, so i bargained with him, and let me tell you i got away with a steal! this is what i got:
my DC = of course :p
2 controllers
VMU
vibration feedback thing
& the guncon
these are the games i got:

RE: CV
Rush 2048
nfl2k

sonic adventure
sreet fighter something

i got away with a steal guys, and i can take as much time as i want to pay him back he said, it doesn tmatter if 4 months pass as logn as i pay him back :)
i have been playing RE: CV and it is really cool
i juist started Shemnue, and im already stuck lol

Yes, RE: C:V is one of THE best games ever, not just for DC.
Same for Shenmue. Stuck already??? :laughing: If you ever need help in the game, just ask me. I\'ll be more than happy to help you out. Just let me know what point you\'re up to. :D
Be sure to pick yourself up a copy of Phantasy Star Online.

I recently got one as well.
I\'ve been playing Resident Evil: CV for a little while now.
Also playing Jet Grind Radio.
Im trying not to start too many games at once but Ill probably start Shenmue next.

I went to my local Soft. Etc. and they said they were clearing the shelves to make room for PS2\'s and soon X-Boxes and Gamecubes. I said "What are you doing with the DC\'s?" he said, "Were putting them on clearence, for a deal no one can resist." I replied, "What kind of deal?". "The man said, "Since no-one is buying them and DC game sales have gone way down, you can get a DC, four games, an extra controller, and gameshark for a measly $50." I responded, "Your joking right, that\'s a steal." He said, "No way, out with the old in with the new." I said, "The old aint that bad." I said, "Hey, I\'ll buy one." After my purchase he asked me, "Well, we have X-Box preorder slips, would you like one, that system will have graphics 10x better than DC or PS2, and is going to be the best system on the market." I responded, "No it\'s not, because the best two systems are already out, and they WON\'T be stopping anytime soon, one\'s in my hand, and they other is vertically standing in my room." He responded, "You don\'t know what your going to miss." Just before I left I said, "Yes I do, and it aint much."
That happened last weekend. BTW, I picked up Shenmue, Sonic Adventure 2, Phantasy Star Online, and Alone in The Dark.

Nice story. SEGA was (is) the best game developer of all time but they relaesed their consoles at the wrong time. Mega Drive 1 & 2 and Mega CD lost against SNES, Saturn lost against PlayStation and Dreamcast lost against the hype of PS2 and XBOX.

Lol, I\'m not really into DC, so I didn\'t know whether or not those games are out. It did sound too good to true. :)

The completely ripped the guy off. Good job but of course you kow you must get phantasy star online that game is kickass. I got 100+ on that game and i still love it.

Outrigger was a cool DC game on the E3.

I have never played any of those games, but I have RE:VC for my ps2 And i can say that it rocks (not really scary tough :() This is the first game on ps2 that doesn\'t have any sign of jaggies! :)

Hate to burst your bubble, but Sonic 2 is not out. Not here, not in Europe, and not in Japan. It comes out June 19th, worldwide. Alone in the Dark isn\'t out either. So that friend of yours is pulling your leg.

I been going store to store asking for Sonic Adventure 2 and every place said they didn\'t get it and didn\'t know when they would. Now, I find out it won\'t be out \'till June 19th?!?

Yes, buying a DC over PS2 was a great decision on my part. I\'m really enjoying it despite the fact that I live in an area where DC games are really hard to find. :( You gotta a really sweet deal,unknown.

How on earth can you get stuck in that game? Its possibly the easiest, most basic game that I\'ve ever played. Where did you get stuck?

Probly at the part that says "Press Start Button to begin" :p (that is if there is such a title screen in that game,I\'ve never played it)
