All party members are available at Ultra-rank. Assume that you start with Bow. Mario has no items. Hint: You have to be VERY good with action commands.

This is impossible due to several errors. First, I took a GameFAQs Badge combo out of context. The combo was intended for the final Bowser, and I forgot to account for the effects of the Peach Beam. Second, I posted the wrong Badges above.
