I still like my PC better though.  Software is just too freaking expensive for the Mac.

LMAO! Stanzo, man I thought I was the ONLY one here who used to read YS - what memories. POKES (those codes) ruled!! Did you have a subscription? I remember when you subscribed they gave you a choice of freebee games - I got Dragon Ninja (known as Bad Dudes on the NES in the States) with my first subscription. Shh!!et! I loved that machine, and I loved that mag - those guys were friggin\' hilarious. The demos/games were brilliant too - do you remember; Dustin, Vatman, and of course,

I owned these cutting edge systems:

Sinclair ZX-81 (plus 16k ***ule, oh yeah)
Texas Instruments 99-4A
Mattel Aquarius... who remembers it?
Atari 800XL (now I have two of em)
Atari 600XL

I used to read Analog and Antic and all those Atari magazines religiously.  Typed in assembly language games in hex.  Hell I learned 6502 assembly language on my Ataris.  Ah those were the days.
