He said it in a way which was completely misleading.

I think he may have lost my respect.

##RaCeR## you are talking BIG BS !!!
How could he lose respect even IF he talks pro arab ???
Are you nuts ??? There was nothing missleading in his post... maybe you can´t read it right !
I don´t want to attack you, but cool down a bit...

STOP... If have to edit this...
We start a fight in here about what somebody said... we wouldn´t have started this discussion without the terrible attack of last week... right ?
So: If we fight OURSELF in here, then those terrorists did a great job... (Try to read it right !!!) THAT was it what mm´s post was about ! The courrage in us and to stand up against the fear and hate !!! Fight the terror in yourself and you will win !
Peace

Are you people are just down right stupid?  He was talking about the letigious society that we live in makes people cower in the thoughts of being sued.  Nothing pro/anti arab.  Nothing to do with arab.

It seemed plain as day to me.

Im more instuted by the fact that Everyone seems to blame all arabs.  Shouldn\'t you be blaming O B Ladan? Is not that the person everyone is blaming? Why is it his race that is to blame? Next your going to tell me its his religion that is to blame?

Friends it is a single person and his followers that we face. Not any one race or religion. Does anyone elts realize this?

So please stop saying pro-arab. Thank you.

True dat.....

He really is only one person in a very large organization.  They have tons of small factions that he just heads up.  It would go on just fine without him.

This is going to be a long war.

Well it seems to be his Interpretation of his religion that is to blame. And the way he is spreading it.
Jihad - Holy War against America , yes this is religious.

for those of you that dont know Osama Bin Laden has been on a Jihad for many years. This is a Holy War against the US and indeed most of the western world. This is part of his version of the Islamic faith. And this is what he is preaching. Basically he wants to destroy anything that promotes freedom and the Talebaln thinks much the same though not quite so extreme.
Those people flew there kamikaze flights for religious reasons.
Albeit it some radical translations of the normal religion.

Religous reasons, yes. But you can\'t blame the religion. Every person who believes in Islam are not to blame. And they do not want to destroy everything that promotes freedom. They see the bad in america. Pornography and Sex before marriage are two bigs ones that stick out in my head.

I do have a skin tone and features that might make people assume that I am from the middle east. The racial crimes that have been commited this past week agianst islamic believers and those of us who share similar physical traits scares me.

Whoa Whoa, guys... slow down a bit !!!
1. Try to read between the lines mm wrote... His thoughts where: If we let it come to a fact, that a terrorist attack can change a game and our way of life, then we´ve allready lost the war !
2. Stop talking this "pro arab" sh!t !!! They didn´t attack the US !!! It was a TERROR Act and you just can´t point at a country and say: Those are the bastards... maybe Afghanistan, but not all the Arabs !!! So please stop this !

I was going to say the same thin, man.

Anyway, altering these games is admitting defeat.  Let us not forget who we were before these attacks, and just meld it with who we are now.

Anyone who DOES alter a game because of this is just a coward, simply because they are admitting defeat, and letting it ride a wave over their heads.

Moving forward on a normal basis, while planning sickeningly brutal revenge is the best way to thwart these pieces of dog-sh it.
Let those who stand for tyranny and injustice fear the hell the United States will unleash upon them.

Well religion is to blame for a lot of the worlds problems but IMO this was about him being a control freak and doing whatever he damn well pleased.
In so many ways we live to follow the sun
In so many ways we exalt and fail as one
In so many ways we want so bad to be done
In so many ways we show our pain in unison
Bad Religion - \"In So Many Ways\"

Got Atheism?
