Isn\'t it crazy what a few terrorists can do?

I just realized that a few terrorists could destroy the world.  Look at what has happened so far:

• Planes hijacked and crashed into various places.  Airports closed.  Security at airports is at a new high.  War against terrorists begins.
• Bus driver\'s throat slit by terrorist.  All buses across America are stopped.
• Russian jet explodes and crashes.  Major airport closed.

And there are more things too (what happened to that hijacked plane that was reported yesterday?)

The world is not ready for this, and the terrorists know it.  We will never be completely safe.  Even if we have security in every airport, on every bus, at every school, restaurant, grocery store, etc, terrorists will still find a way to cause havoc.  Things that I never even dreamed possible are happening now (plane crashing into building?!  That\'s crazy!)  The terrorists own the world in a sense.  If we don\'t do something now, it\'s going to be a normal thing for a plane to be hijacked.  I wish we would hurry and do something.  Haven\'t we waited long enough to go kick some Bin Laden butt?!  Unfortunately, I really doubt it gets better.  It is virtually impossible to stop all the terrorists. :(

You are right. There\'s no security and there will be no security in the next 1000 years. Bush can say what he wants, but we have to live with terrorists.

1st off, the bus accident had nothing to do with the terrorists.  You can\'t blame every single murder on terrorism.


You mentioned the initial acts the terrorists made, but what is far worse is the impact on the economy.  Interest rates in the US haven\'t been this low since 1962.  That is insane.  Unemployement is becoming a major issue now.  Airports are dying.  Our airport here is making huge budget cuts now.

This world certainly is crazy. At the same time..things could be worse..remember WWI & WWII? The constant holy war in the middle east..terroism. One thing that bothers me is how everyone wants to stop when the WTC stuff was going on. Middleeastern countries go through this will go through this type of thing everyday..wondering when the next bomb off.

Money is required for our world to function.  Getting rid of it would cause caos(sp?).

And do you really want to get rid of the truth? (religion)  That wouldn\'t solve anything.

I heard that bus thing was caused by a different terrorist group.  What have you heard?

Thats the problem Toxical..it will never stop...It will slow down, then escalate again when people finally start to lower their guards..sad but true. I really see no way that it will be stopped. People say the US along with the rest of the world need to send a message out, but these ppl will still continue due to what they believe.

I’m thinking that we either, prosecute with severe prejudice ( used super deadly force), or we might as well forget this war on terrorism.  

Although WWIII would break out, if we did hound "all" terrorists.... to the maximum extreme.  

As long as there are injustices around the world, we will always have terrorists.

WWIII wouldnt bother me as much since I know te allied countries would win I dont think all out war is the answer like alot of ppl seem to think. How can you declare war on a particular country(afghanistan) when it is a rebel group(bin laden or others) doing this. We need more of a black ops/seek and destroy secret mission using the best of the best. Too bad terrorists dont wear a uniform like soldiers do to distinguish themselves.
