wow, there are lots.

If you have high speed modem, I may be talked into sending you a real nice HUGE PDF file on the ins and outs of Photoshop.

My shortcuts of choice.

hold the SPACE bar down and click on the mouse and move it around.  It\'s like hitting the (H) Hand tool, but you don\'t lose the tool you were working with.

The Magic Wand.  Man, that thing is awesome for cutting stuff out.  It follows "like" colors to make a marque.

ALL TIME FAVORITE!!!

(S) Stamp tool.  Hit "S" then go to a place on the pic you would like to copy.  Hold the key down and click on the pic.  Now when you go to brush somewhere else on the pic it will brush where you set your cross hairs.  This is awesome for cutting things out of pics.

Remember the baby picture I had up here with my kid in the water with the pier behind him?  Well, my wife was holding him up.  I cut her out with the stamp tool.
I wear a necklace now because I like to know when I\'m upside down.

It\'s wierd, I have messing around with Photoshop since 2,0, but I have no idea how to tell you how to start.

The best advice I can give you is to begin by using, the stamp tool, the magic wand andmudge tool, then apply some filters. Pretty basic stuff but you can get some cool results.

:)
