I need an opinion on a game I\'m getting

In the run up to Xmas, taking a break from all this present buying and stuff, I\'ve decided to buy Simpsons Road Rage.
Now I know it\'s a blatant rip-off of Crazy Taxi...blah blah f****n BLAH! but has anybody played the game, or at least a demo?
I\'ve seen it and it looks good, but after wasting £20 on the truly awful (no make that truly, truly, TRULY! S**t) Simpson\'s Wrestling on the PSone, I don\'t want to make that mistake again, especially as the PS2 games don\'t come cheap(YET!).
I can\'t wait for Pro Evolution Soccer it is the true king of the football games.(without the glitz and glamour that is Fifa 2002)
Anyway, I\'ve got a turkey to stuff and a Cracker to pull so don\'t be lonely this Christmas like those Star Trek fans out there,it means they only die a slow and painful death, unlike the rest of us hardcore gamers (who at least have a social life, and a girlfriend)...

Anyway yeah it looks ok. The video on OPS2 has a fairly **** frame rate - esp when homer goes through some glass or something.

Anyway it is REALLY just Crazy Taxi. Have you played that game ? If not i\'d say it was really fun but becomes boring fairly fast even though you will get it out from time to time for a go. So yeah should be a fairly decent game but theres better ones out there.

Yeah I\'ve played CT (to death, but still loved it!) but apart from it being the Simpsons is there any differences between them?
I know thats like saying is there any difference between GTA1 and GTA2 but I\'m not gonna spend £40-£45 when I can pick up a copy of CT for about £20 (I\'ve had it on DC and PS2 so please don\'t tell me to buy that instead)
I\'m just worried that it could be another waste of the licence like Simpsons Wrestling was (it looks great though, and the review on game pad was convincing)

Playing CT all that much must have made u crazy - SAVE YOUR CASH.

Thats my opinion, but if u liked CT - the Simpson\'s: RR has almost exactly the same gameplay, so it\'s basically CT characters replaced with the yellow simpson\'s characters and the Simpson world. It also includes multi-player modes (i think 1-4 players). I still think it\'s another cheesy Simpsons game though with good looking graphics. (What in the world made u buy Simpsons Wrestling????)
