Think of a tv show and tell me when you think it jumped the shark.....

IE: "The Ellen Show"
It jumped when she announced she was gay and then all of the sudden every episode had to do with gays.  THey just weren\'t funny.

"Three\'s Company"
When Chrissy left the show.  Oh what a sad day in the vid household.

"Cheers"
When Diane left and they brought in Rebecca.  I couldn\'t stand her.  Still can\'t...

I don\'t want to name too many.  Let you guys name a few.
I wear a necklace now because I like to know when I\'m upside down.

Martial Law - When they got rid of Det. Malone and Lt. Winship. The storylines were mostly lame.

(Did anyone even watch this show?)

The Simpsons - About 3 years ago, the storylines just weren\'t as funny anymore. Still a great show, though.

Married...With Children - After Kelly cut her hair and wasn\'t as slutty, Bud started becoming popular with the ladies, and Marcy was always such a b*tch.

July 2002: If you had bought $1000.00 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. Enron, $16.50 left. Worldcom, $5.00 left. If you had bought $1,000.00 worth of Budweiser beer one year ago, drank it all and turned in the cans for the 10 cent deposit, you would have $214.00. Based on the above, my current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle.

Cosby Show - when the kids grew up and started having kids of their own.  (You ain\'t nuthin\' but a Rudy Huckleberry  )

X-Files - when EVERY freakin\' episode was about aliens.  I know there\'s a good one every now and then, but still.  I honestly couldn\'t give a hoot about Mulder\'s sister.

Star Trek: DS9 - when EVERY freakin\' episode was about the DOMINION.

Star Trek: Voyager - I wanted Seven to be a lesbian, dammit.

and kirath...Dr. Crusher came back soon only a season or so later, but I agree with you.

  • Lois and Clark - was great show.  They just kept trying to make super-villians, but they all turned out gay.
  • HIGHLANDER WAS THE BEST FREAKIN SHOW ON TV AND THEY TOOK IT OFF.  THAT SUCKED AZZ.
  • Martial Law sucks b/c Arsenio Hall is in it.
  • Hercules Legendary Journeys - It may be hard to believe, but this show was actually good when it was part of the "Action Pack" which was on WGN I believe.  They made it into a series, immediately killed off his wife and kids and every show was stupid.

X-files, when Mulder was replaced by that bloke from T2. From there on, each epesode stank like alien ****e, as a result the show was taken off of our tv screans...
