Ok i finally got my Xbox!!

Ok i live in the UK as most of you know, so i had to get an imported Xbox, which took awhile because i ordered with one company, but they were mucking me about, i ordered some where else, and i finally got it saturday.

I have to say i am having alot of fun, the only game i have got is HALO is it is a very very good game, has has got me wanting to go back to it, once i have finshed playing.
The harware it\'s self seems very good also, it feels sturdy a solid piece of kit, which i really like, the OS is very cool, i like it alot, and the ripping option is great too, and doesn\'t take anytime to copy a song.
So overall i am very happy with it. And just wanted to say please don\'t just right the console off even with out giving it a chance, because i think you will miss out on some great gaming, that we can ALL enjoy, so give it a fair chance guys.

p.s you all know i am not a Xbox fanboy as i have two PS2 and a GC, i just don\'t want you guys to miss out on some great games.OK:D

Cool!!  I\'ve only seen a demo of Halo at Software Etc. and it looks sweet.  It looks like a huge war was going on open field.  The cool part was when you use a grenade and it goes off, the dirt flys up like real life very smooth dirt particles ever.

He already had a PAL one and when he took a trip to florida he bought an american PS2

I\'ve been enjoying Halo, and decided to give Gotham a chance. (had to have an excuse to try the song ripping.) But I wound up liking it more than I did. More people should see the Xbox as another gaming alternative, and not a threat to their console.

I totally agree datamage i am really loving my Xbox at the moment, and the next game i am getting is Project gotham too, i really want to rip some songs(already done that, very cool indeed), and play them in the game, think i might order the game tomorrow.
Have you guys got any other Xbox games? if yes what ones, and what do you think of them?

Coming from someone who doesn\'t like racers--I actually surprised myself and really liked PGR.  It\'s a competition with yourself really.  That and they dangle those new cars in front of you shamelessly.  It\'s all part of the adiction.

I only rented it (btw, playing your own tunes is great too--there\'s nothing like driving to the Tragically Hip).  I\'m kind of hoping to get it for christmas--failing that, I\'ll wait a while and get it used I think.

I\'m hoping to get an X-Box sooner then later simply for Halo and PGR.  PGR did surprise me even though I thought MSR was trash, but that song ripping stuff does rock.  Now that I hear Halo has an online alternative, I\'d love to try that out.  I\'m just wondering how the ethernet card on the X-Box handles PPPoE software for DSL...

Yeah go for it Ryu, enjoy gaming to the full, that is what i say.

By the way people i ordered PGR today and should get it tomorrow, i can not wait to play it, guess i better make sure i have my Music read, hell yeah baby!!!!!!!!
