To stop newbies asking how to get a new pic as they have tried to attach it but it aint working, get a screen that pops up when they have tried to attach it saying that, they need to get a minimum of 500 posts, if you ask why you cannot get one, you have to have another 100 posts ....or something along those lines

I\'d suggest just ignoring them...
