My bet is 5 months.

if he is ever set free.......he wont last long.........or it will be too far in the future and they would have forgotten him.........I doubt they would forget........

he wont go free, he has like 6 life sentences stacked with NO chance of parole

his ass is still lucky the prosecution isnt seeking treason, as that carries the death penalty

i dont even see why he gets a trial, hes no citizen, therefore not covered by ANY bill of rights

i agree with MM, however even though he won\'t be put in population and will be in solitary, there will be chances for retrobution. many friends of mine work in the jail system, and i\'m willing to bet that he will "resist" quite often, and a few inmates might "free" themselves when John Walker is being escorted to or from his cell. he won\'t be killed while in prison, but he won\'t be happy.

naw this guys going to be the c.i.a.\'s ***** for a very long time he\'ll be in "special jail" for a while then when the goverment no longer has a use for him they\'ll just throw him in a federal pen
