Here is one, from the nintendo, you were a cajun guy running around killing bad guys trying to get to the mob boss and kill him. Weird game I sometimes wonder if I was the only one that ever had it.

On the Genesis, what was the game that starred a green hero composed of spheres that ran around shooting things like MegaMan?  He could also transform into various vehicles by collecting certain "power-ups."

Additional hint:  The final boss was a big guy inside a tornado.
