Burnout
« on: May 11, 2002, 05:14:21 AM »
Hi all. Been away for a while, working a lot of over time.

Anyway, does anyone like Burnout? I rented it for the Xbox last week and I can\'t stop playing it.  It\'s not the best looking game in the world, but I am having a blast playing this game. Just goes to show that graphics aren’t everything. Great games = fun!!!!!  I think I\'ll buy this one.
Xbox - live it......

Maybe I\'ll rent this one...
He has the power of both worlds
Girl: What power… beyond my expectations?
AND IT\'S PERSONAL
Demon: No… the legendary Sparda!?
Dante: You\'re right, but I\'m his son Dante!

yeah just to add my 2 cents: Burnout is highly addictive w/ decent graphics but crazy gameplay thats kickass. The motion blur and the overall sense of speed is nutz at times and its soo much easier to crash when you risk it all going at insane speeds. So its not so easy to just go all out w/ no brake or anything. All the giddyness out of the way id just like to say its one hell of a arcade racer that is at least worth a rental.:)

the damn crash replay sequences were REALLY annoying, but the game play was okay, nothing special in my opinion.  to each his own i suppose.
