How long do u think ps2 will survive

PS2 is the market leader as of now, so they don\'t have to be in a rush to come out with a new systems cause sony can call the shots.

yeah, but you can bet sony dosen\'t want to have the weakest console next gen (even though being the weakest hasn\'t hurt them yet).  Sony\'s key to sucess is beating the other consoles to the market by at least a year (like with PS2).  By the time newer consoles are out, Sony has already won the console war with many units already in use.  I remember when consoles came out around the same time, somehow Sony came out earlier than the rest with the PS2.  If the same happens in about 3 years from now, I predict a unprecedented 3 console war wins for the once newcomer SONY.

It all depends on who wins over the gamers...PSX was able to take Nintendo\'s and Sega\'s fans over.  It didn\'t happen right from the start however...given that, MS or Nintendo could "win" some gamers loyalty within the next 3 years.
