Hmm heres an idea. How about we pay the players any amount BUT make the game more dangerous. For example, instead of playing with baseballs, let them play with a grenade instead. Also give the umpire bats with spikes in it so if someone doesnt agree with his call, he has the right to club that person over the head. With these new implements in the game, I think baseball would be more exciting. Wouldnt you? :)
