Anyone know how to make a program start with windows?

I have had a pop up nuker for a while, and it\'s a pain to remember to open it.  There is no option to make it start everythime windows does, but I know on a mac there is a start up folder or something.  Also I remember this program that made the text field for icons be invisable that gave directions on how to make it start everytime you ran windows.  Anyone know how to make a program auto start?

drag the shortcut to the startup folder
you can see the startup folder in the start>>programs menu. Just drag the shortcut in the and woila you\'re done.
