Streak goes bust -- no 21 for A\'s
The homer hankies are back in Minnesota, and Oakland is back in the loss column. The American League\'s longest-ever win streak ended at the Metrodome as the Twins shut out the A\'s 6-0, denying Oakland a 21st consecutive win. The A\'s were trying to tie the longest winning streak without a tie, which still belongs to the 1935 Cubs.
