DVD Question
« on: September 19, 2002, 06:06:29 AM »
I bought my friends PS2 not too long ago and it runs fine. But recently I tried playing a DVD in it, and it prompted me for the 4-digit code. I called my friend because I didnt know it, and he said that he had forgot it. So am I out of luck or is there a way to reset it, allowing me to change the code? Any help would be appreciated. I searched this forum but didnt see any related threads.

we do not allow posting of the code on this forum as a child could see it

yer friend must not have watched any R rated movies  then

regardless, a search on google will find what you need

The owner\'s manual has all your answers... and if your friend that you got it from didn\'t keep the manual and the original packaging, then you probably shouldn\'t have bought it from them.

I don\'t know why people can\'t keep their manuals.

Yep, there is a default pin code in the manual. Use that.
