I bought this on Saturday as well as LOTR:  Fellowship of the Ring and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this game.  I haven\'t opened it yet and was thinking of getting Kingdom Hearts instead for my wife.  If anyone owns or has played both can I get some input?  I know they are two completely different games, but haven\'t heard much about Robotech.

All I know is that IGN liked it (8.2) and Gamespot did not (6.8 WTF!?)

I just picked it up yesterday.  I hope it\'s not as bad as my other Macross games.   :crap:

I got it on launch day...I got the limited edition.  I like it......but Tekken 4, and MAdden 2003 have been knida geting my attention.....  it is a great game!  it beats any MAcross game hey have tried before!  it is cel-shaded which IMHO makes it look more like the anime....you can switch between all 3 modes at will. the controls take some getting used to.......thre is a training mode to go through which helps alot!  each mode has it\'s pro-s and cons.  The battles are intense! and the sounds are exactly like the Anime! I would give it a 8.5 / 10

it is 2 player VS and I havent played it yet....the more of the game you beat the more Mechs you can play as.

Got it for my kid. Not really my kind of game I need as much thinking as shooting. Overall they are having a blast playing it. Seems to follow the original creation pretty close.
