Sales figure data?
« on: October 20, 2002, 08:43:14 PM »
I\'m interested in seeing detailed sales figure data on consoles and games, for all systems.  Is there any website(s) that keeps track of this sort of thing?

Things like sales per month, total sales in countries, and total sales worldwide.

Anyone know of anything of that sort?

Well, worldwide console sales should be something like this:

PS2 > GC > PSX > Xbox

Ok, perhaps the PSX isn\'t outselling Xbox anymore, but otherwise is should be faily accurate. :)
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAPETIME!

What MM posted were US console sales in September. NPD Funworld recorded these.

Lol, thanks.

I know who\'s beating who, and generally by how much, I was just interested in sales dips and specific game sales.

Well, ever since Chrono left and took his weekly graphs with him, we\'ve all kind of been in the dark about that stuff..

No more sales figures threads...

Pointless and leads to arguing...
July 2002: If you had bought $1000.00 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. Enron, $16.50 left. Worldcom, $5.00 left. If you had bought $1,000.00 worth of Budweiser beer one year ago, drank it all and turned in the cans for the 10 cent deposit, you would have $214.00. Based on the above, my current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle.
