You may move this to the online forum if you wish. I just want to know if anyone else is playing Final Fantasy XI.

Import the PC version. Impressions? Me? Sure, okay. I will work on that this weekend.

Yup, I have been playing the ps2 version for a while now, and all I can say is once you have got past the language difficulties in my opinion its one of THE best games ever. Plays better with broadband as you would expect , but 56k is also supposed to be very playable aswell. The only thing I would have doubts with playing via 56k are the patches/version up that square introduces every now and then. On my lowly half meg it takes at the very least 30mins to patch once you first install it, so god only knows how long on a 56k that would take. Once your ingame though thats when the fun starts and you can start to explore your starting town and start to level up. The game world is huge!!!!!, u start out only being able to walk/run to places but once you have ranked up a bit and got a bit more exp you can start to ride ships...........where sometimes pirates attack and monsters attack, you can train up chocobos to ride and ride airships which cut down the travelling time between towns to only a few mintues. Quests are interesting to say the least, should be easier when the NA version is released. Graphics are good, but the pc version just has the edge over the ps2 version, if your running the right video card that is. Not alot more really to say about it, but if you get stuck tryin to work out the japanese menus and how to install it check out http://www.ffxionline.com  it will help you immensly if your trying to install the japanese version of either the ps2 or pc.

Yeah, I\'ve been playing the PS2 version.  Hadn\'t been playing much until recently due to some trouble I was having with my PS2, but lately, I\'ve been playing it almost everday.  There\'s quite a lot to do in the game, and it\'s still got my interest up =)
blah blah blah, blah blah blah
Oh just shut up and quit your gripin\'

i wish i did, I\'ll say that...
