It doesn\'t look that bad. It looks quite good actually, but that\'s all it\'s getting from me: quite good.

Dude, the original rocked.  I miss that game.  I need to go get it again out of my vault.

I had the original from about 10 years ago on the Amiga. It rocked.

Uff, what a change of look! Graphics are okay, but we\'ll have to check if the magic of the original Princes is still there.

I think a big part of PoP one and two was it\'s 2D sidescrolling charm... I\'m weary of these new FPS engine remakes of older games, because often, they loose a key \'simplicity\' that goes along with a limited 2 direction system.

Of course, having finished the first two, I\'m looking forward to this one, if just for the story!

Remember when you fight yourself at the end of #1, and the only way to win is to sheath your sword, and jump through the mirror?  It took me a while to figure that one out ;)

God I wonder how many classes I skipped in college from playing POP.  That game rocked.  I still have it on 5.25 inch disks, but I\'d have to install a drive.  Bah...

Actually it\'s probably public domain by now.  Anyone know if it\'s out there for free yet?  I forget that site that has all of the old games on it.

Ya, it\'s hard to find good public-domain game sites these days... if anyone knows any hook me up.  Even the ones who never posted still-buyable games got shutdown by the game-corp-syndicates.  We really ought to be able to just download games so old you CAN\'T easily buy them anymore.

Anecdote follows:
I spent forever trying to get starcon2, even though the only way (eventually) I found to get it was either to pirate it, or buy it mail-order for 30 bucks US from some little company who had current distro rights to it.  Now of course, it\'s avaiable again :)

Get the Original Prince of Persia Here
It\'s not piracy sense the game is freeware.

I\'ve tested it on my machine (WinxpPro) and it runs fine. Old internal speaker sound. :) if i install VDMsound i\'m sure i\'d get normal speaker sound.
