The only release date shown currently is Q4 2003, which I would guess means around christmas.

Who knows, maybe Worms works well in 3D. In any case only time will tell.

Uhm, no. When will you learn? If you are old enough or appreciate good 2D games then you will know that its just a fad now to take classics and ruin them in some crappy 3D games.
