Is it me or this game looks worse than some GBA games?

The quiet ones are always thinking. Keep that in mind.

Castlevania was meant to be in 2D. Hopefully this game dies a horrible HORRIBLE death.

As LIC once put it, the game is going to suck royal ass, because it\'s simply not made for 3D, and yes it DOES work better as a 2D game anyways....so going along with that, I\'m thinking this game will suffer the same fate as the ill fated N64 castlevania game, boring gameplay, and or lack of...something else, i can\'t quite put my finger on it...:iono:

Taking Koji Igarashi\'s previous Castlevania games (Symphony of the Night, Harmony of Dissonance, Aria of Sorrow) into account I can see this game becoming really good.

Iga is the father of modern Castlevania, but there is a limit to what one man can do. Taking CastleVania 3D and doing it succesfully is a work of God, not Iga. I don\'t expect it to amount to much.

Damn this is ugly as F***! The gras pic is proof this game is going to suck the big one hard. I love 2D. I could regress back to 2D any second, any time. Bring it bitch. (got this game looks bad)

Those screens are definately better. While this is true, they still look pretty damn bad in MOST cases so im still not thrilled. Well i thought the first screens of DMC were terrible but it ended up being one of my favorite games of all time. Only time will tell.

The game in motion looks quite good in my opinion.

the shots i\'ve seen before looked much better. i\'ve also heard only good things about this, which i want to believe, considering how m uch i love  the castlevania series.  it will  just be really disappointing if it doesn\'t turn out well since they\'ve got those godawful n64 titles to learn a lot of mistakes from..

yeah same here.

Got a movie demo of it on my PSM2 DVD coverdisk.

and it looks very smooth (quite hi FPS)

Plus the screens are clearer then the ones pictured here.

The only area that the came could run into problems is the camera (everything else looks pretty much as I would expect)

even though i bashed the initial idea of Castlevania going 3D... but from what i have seen (got the DVD preview disk last night) this title promises much.
