Only Unicrons questions were asked. :o

Might be some errors in the translation, please forgive me :p

How many hours will it take to complete Jak II (Unicron)
   - We have testers who completed Jak & Daxter in four hours. Then they knew exactly where every objects were and exactly where they should go. The same testers completed Jak II somewhere under ten hours. Real experienced players would maybe complete the game in 15-20 hours, but I doubt it. We brought in some testers and made them play three days in a row, eight hours a day. Not one of them completed tha egame in those three days. Thus in 24 hours of active playtime.

Will Daxter ever go back to his original shape? (Unicron)
In the end of game one, Daxter got to choose between saving the world or giving up his life as a human. Luckily he chose the first alternative, it would be kind of pointless being a human if there was no world to live in. We therefore have no plans on letting Daxter transforming back.. but you never know what will happen in part three.

Will you get to revisit areas from the first game? (Unicron)
   - No.

I\'ll read the rest of the interview and see what other interesting questions were asked. :)

Ah I missed one question, they forgot to put the name of the person who asked the question..

Maka asked this

Will Naughty Dog in the future try any other genre than racing or platform?
- Yes definitely, I think so. The next game will be a platformer though, but after that I\'d like to try something new.

And a follow up question:

Like a fighter?
- Sure, or anything besides a sports game. We\'re not interested in sports one bit.

Is there a chance that the relation between you (Insomniac/Naughty Dog) will develop to something else then just technolgy sharing? Like develop a game together?

"I think it\'s more likely that we will avoid to make games that are too similar to eachother, then making a game together. Naughty Dog is owned by Sony and Insomniac is an independent company. So it\'s not as likely that we make a game together then grow apart and make our own games. The games we will produce will differ much more from eachother then the ones so far."

What do you think about PSP?

"As a gamer I feel that the PSP is really cool. I will own one and play the games on it. Naughty Dog may or may not develop PSP-games, we didn\'t decide yet."

Talking about the PSP - but and also PS3 - I have to ask if Sony has asked for your help in form of wishes etc. concerning controllers, internal hardware and such things, considering the fact that you after all belongs to the most advanced developers in the business as a whole?

"Actually, I got as surprised as everbody else at E3 when the PSP was announced. Before the show I had heard nothing about it. We did not participate at all in the development process, and I know absolutely nothing about PlayStation 3. In other words I don\'t know if Sony will consult us for advice. I know nothing about the hardware right now. So, as things looks now, no - we\'re not participating in the development."

It feels comforting in a way to know that you will not give up on PlayStation 2 after this game.

"Any game we will be developing right now will be for PlayStation 2, since it\'s the console on the market right now. We will definitely develop another game for PlayStation 2."

[...]

"We allready have some ideas ready for our next game and I can tell you that we will be doing lots of really cool stuff. There\'s still a lot we can cram out of the console, and there\'s a lot we can do with the Jak II engine that we didn\'t do so far."

[...]

"We love Jak, and we\'re extremely proud over this game... I\'ve heard folks at Naughty Dog saying things about this game I never heard before. Stuff like even if this game doesn\'t sell, the game is still awsome and we\'re really proud over it. But we believe this game will sell very well. So it would surprise me enormously if we, when we sit down and consider what to do next, decide to not make another Jak."
