They don\'t look as sharp as those Adan posted in the ECTS thread though!

Not too bad I suppose.

Thist game has lots of potential. I have faith that it will look a little bit better (of course) and hopefully the gameplay will own. Namco dont F*ck this up.

I\'m failed to be impressed by this game.. why go and create a circuit based racer when GT4 is looming..
and, i\'m not being sarcastic.. Gran Turismo has had circuit racing sewn up for ages, Namco should have stayed
to the original Ridge Racer formula.. maybe in the same vein as Type4, (which i thought was the best in the series)

I enjoyed the RR games and would still play some today, but this seems a little bit too far removed from the older RR games,
i\'m all up for updating games and having sequels try new things but this imho is going to flop.
That is my initial view, but i kinda hope i\'m wrong. but realistically i cant see it competing with the likes of GT4.

I know right? The world is gunna end i tell you.

And stanzo i know what you are saying. Those were my first veiws. I didnt like it at all and im a huge Rige Racer/ Rage Racer fan. But the thing is, that its not just a circuit racer. There are multiple modes. Just do a little research if you are interested at all. Im sure namco isnt full heartedly trying to conquer over GT4\'s reign.

If it still plays like Ridge Racer then I will probably get it.

I love drift games.

So you would totally dismiss a potentially great game because of a few jaggies? I could understand if this was a console gen that was 2 generations from the PSX era (ie ps3, xbox2) but this probably wont be as bad in motion. Not all developers are on the same page as others. I can somewhat understand since namco has had time and experience but even up to the newest moto gp there have been jaggies. I doubt the grafics will change much, so you can bitch or you can stop complaining. I dont wish to seem rude eventhough i probably do, but im just telling the truth.

No I wouldnt dismiss a potentially great game because of a few jaggies.Thats the whole point.I ll buy it.Have fan with its great gameplay, and stare at the marvelous graphics. With other words when we want to buy a game we buy the good ones regardless of jaggies. But after you buy it and see how splendid the game is generally, there are moments you think "How great it would have been if those developers made it a bit more perfect and worthy graphically for a title that came 4 years after PS2\'s release".
I mean it\'s near the graphical detail of GT3 and its very shame for such a game to have the jaggies of Ridge racer V.
