I don\'t see how its a paradox if you change the words.

About the stones one... that is not even a paradox.. of course it\'ll still be a stack, unless a stack is "A pile of 10,000 items"

Which one is a real paradox?

The first one is arbitrary. 15 years old is young compared to 25 but old compared to 5. So its not really a paradox.

The second one is also not a paradox. A "stack" is not a unit of measurement so its not a contradiction to say that 10, 20, or 10,000 rocks is a stack.

A real paradox would be saying that the curvature of an infinite circle is a straight line.

Even if 6 weeks + 1 sec is young, and so is +2 secs - at some point this \'young\' person would have reached 90 years. I\'m sure we can agree 90 years is not young for a person. :eek:
