Apparently he was trying to place scrolling text between two pictures. But since it clearly reads that HTML is OFF in any other but the main forum it\'s no wonder it didn\'t work. Which reminds me... Why the heck isn\'t HTML ON in Off-Topic or other forums?

Because people always do stupid stuff like this and the mods/admins aren\'t able to police the smaller boards as much.

BTW, This is all speculation on my part. I am sure mods can police all boards equally. :D
