Hey i just got a USB 2.0 card from someone that wasn\'t using it.

Its a "PTI-205 High Performace USB 2.0 PCI Card", can i just stick it in the PCI slot, load the drivers etc - or do i have to first uninstall USB 1.1, as in will everything confilct if i have both of them in my computer?

I think there are no conflicts whatsoever.  And also, USB 2 is backward compatible with USB 1.1

There seems to be an extra USB slot on the card itself, does this need to be connected to anything?

Thats a internal slot, doubt it\'ll be needed to be connected to anything.

Just install the card, drivers and you\'ll be good to go.
