I don\'t get how I am rich?  This house is not expensive.  I don\'t make a lot of money at all.  All said and done we\'ll have to finance about 230 on the house.  That\'s not a lot.  Remember, I live in Florida.  It\'s cheap down here.

Damn florida.

I forgot is this house being built from scratch or from the existing house? Just to add a second floor and a lot of other misc things, it cost a pretty penny. Then again this is Chicago and we just dont get that much land for cheap.

vid\'s a humble guy.  you\'d think with all that nice weather, beaches, and tourist destinations people would be scrambling for land but I guess that isn\'t the case.

That really is a nice place, especially considering u got 4 bedrooms for 3 people, and only 2 of which will be used.

nope.  I have a 2 year old BMW.  S2000\'s are too tiny and very noisy on the highway for me. Fun cars, but not for me.
