Well to be honest, they don\'t ask for proof I don\'t think.  ALthoug I posted one for Kerry and it hasn\'t popped up yet.   ALthough I wrote that I jizzed on his corn in the comments.  That probably won\'t pass.  :)

EDIT: Read the details. Thats some sad ish. I wonder if he really did that. If so then thats messed up.

Then again the service could have been shit but i highly doubt it deserved no tip.

Someone told me that if they get bad service they leave 2 cents to let the waiter/waitress know they did a shitty job.  So yes people actually leave a penny, or two.
